Sign Up for Service
LACWD requires one business day to establish service in your name. A Customer Order Form must be completed and signed by the property owner before the water service will be turned on and the water account opened. In addition to the Customer Order Form, the following information may be required.
New Homeowners
- Owner name
- Service address
- Phone number
- Date to have water turned on
- Date property purchased
- Copy of driver's license or other picture identification with signature
- Copy of final closing statement or water letter from your escrow company or grant deed
New Tenants
- Property owner or property management company signature on the customer order form
- Tenant name
- Service address
- Phone number
- Date to have water turned on
- Date of occupied location
- Copy of driver's license or other picture identification with signature
